Erik Davis
Executive Director
Erik Davis has been the Executive Director at TV Santa Barbara since 2017 and has overseen TVSB's expansion into the community. Erik has served as El Presidente of Old Spanish Days Fiesta and has an active record of service in the local non-profit sector. In 2023, Erik was selected as the King of Solstice. In 2024 he joined the Boards of the Santa Barbara Downtown Organization and the Channel Islands YMCA. Davis has an extensive background in media and can be reached via email at erik@tvsb.tv
JP Montalvo
Production Lead
JP is a Producer/ Instructor at TV Santa Barbara. He is an experienced media specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the broadcast media industry. Skilled in Camera Operation, Film Production, Television, Adobe Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro. JP can be reached via email at jp@tvsb.tv

Ally Fleming
Video Editor
Ally is a writer and film enthusiast dedicated to exploring the intersections of media, culture, and politics. A cum laude graduate of Scripps College with a B.A. in Media Studies and Politics, she has spent the past several years working in the film festival world, including programming, screening, and moderating Q&As at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival.
At TV Santa Barbara, Ally is currently building her creative portfolio and sharpening her video editing skills as she continues to pursue meaningful work in film and media.
Hollie Collins
Producer, Media Coordinator
Hollie works on creating project timelines with our production clients and studio members while also managing TVSB's multi media content. She has worked in documentary production as well as film festival production and received her BA in Film and Media Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2022. Hollie began pursuing a career in video/television production in 2016 when she became the director of a weekly news Youtube channel for her former high school. Joshua Romero
Video Editor
Josh became a team member to TVSB in 2021, with a primary role of video editing. He has been working in video production since 2016 with his interest originating from YouTube product reviews. He is also working for the City of Santa Barbara for City TV where he shoots and edits videos along with televising public meetings. Josh can be reached at joshua@tvsb.tv
Celia Bueno Sanchez
Internship Scholarship: Editor/ Producer
Celia joined TVSB as a 2025 summer intern through the UCSB and Carsey-Wolf Center program. Originally from Spain, she discovered Santa Barbara by engaging with the community and helping cover local events for TVSB.
She studied Film and Media Studies at UC Santa Barbara and Universidad Carlos III of Madrid. At UCSB, she was a senior staff writer for The Bottom Line and a copy editor for Focus Media. At TVSB, she contributes to media projects, creates content for the newsletter and Instagram, and works as a producer and video editor. She also assists JP Montalvo during Carpinteria City Council meetings. Celia can be reached at celia@tvsb.tv

The Office Dog
Joy is the beloved four-legged member of our office family, spreading endless cheer and wagging tails as our dedicated office dog. With boundless energy and an infectious enthusiasm, Joy never fails to lighten the mood during long workdays, providing much-needed stress relief and moments of furry companionship. Her presence is a reminder that amidst deadlines and meetings, a bit of canine joy can make any day at the office brighter.
