Erik Davis
Executive Director
Erik Davis joined TV Santa Barbara as Executive Director in 2017, leading the organization through a period of meaningful growth and deeper community connection. Under his leadership, TVSB has expanded its reach and impact across the Santa Barbara region.
A committed civic leader, Erik has served as El Presidente of Old Spanish Days Fiesta and was honored as King of Solstice in 2023. He currently serves on the boards of the Santa Barbara Downtown Organization and the Channel Islands YMCA, reflecting his broad dedication to the community he calls home.

JP Montalvo
Production Lead
Born and raised in Santa Barbara, JP Montalvo discovered his passion for media while volunteering on his church's cable access show as a student. After studying multimedia and film at the MADD Academy and Santa Barbara City College, he returned to teach video production and help develop a weekly student broadcast.
JP joined TV Santa Barbara in 2008 following his work co-producing the documentary Don Riders, which screened at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. Today, he serves as Production Lead and Supervisor of Carpinteria's Government Access Station, bringing more than 20 years of experience in broadcast production, camera operation, and digital media. Ally Fleming
Video Editor
Ally is a video editor at TV Santa Barbara. A recent graduate from Scripps College with a B.A. in Media Studies and Politics, she worked on a number of student film productions before becoming a Programming Intern at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. When she isn’t editing videos in post-production, she can be found co-producing Carpinteria City Hall meetings and assisting with other productions at TV Santa Barbara. Ginger Thomas
Multi Media Producer
Ginger Thomas is a producer at TV Santa Barbara. She recently graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Communication and Film & Media Studies. During her time there, she participated in news groups such as KCSB News and UCSBTV, finding a passion for representing prominent events and issues. Joshua Romero
Video Editor
Josh became a team member to TVSB in 2021, with a primary role of video editing. He has been working in video production since 2016 with his interest originating from YouTube product reviews. He is also working for the City of Santa Barbara for City TV where he shoots and edits videos along with televising public meetings. Josh can be reached at joshua@tvsb.tv
Melody Westergren
Programming & Membership Coordinator
Melody Westergren is the Programming & Membership Coordinator at TV Santa Barbara, where she manages programming operations, supports members, and helps coordinate content across the station's broadcast and digital platforms. Before joining TVSB, she worked with organizations including One805, the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience, and MOXI, The Wolf Museum of Exploration + Innovation. Mavis Holley
Programming and Membership Coordinator
Mavis Holley is the Multimedia Production Intern at TV Santa Barbara through the UCSB Carsey-Wolf Center internship program. She assists with video production, photography, editing, and digital content while gaining hands-on experience in community media and broadcast production. Mavis also serves as News Director at KCSB-FM, where she oversees student news coverage and reporting. She can be reached at mavis@tvsb.tv.
Matthew Guzman
Video Producer
Matthew Guzman is a Producer at TV Santa Barbara, where he supports studio and field productions, live broadcasts, and digital content creation. A graduate of Santa Barbara City College's Film Production program, Matthew has served as Director of Photography on multiple narrative films and brings experience in cinematography, camera operation, lighting, editing, and live event production. Office Dog
Joy is the beloved four-legged member of our office family, spreading endless cheer and wagging tails as our dedicated office dog. With boundless energy and an infectious enthusiasm, Joy never fails to lighten the mood during long workdays, providing much-needed stress relief and moments of furry companionship. Her presence is a reminder that amidst deadlines and meetings, a bit of canine joy can make any day at the office brighter.
