As part of this agreement, TV Santa Barbara retains the right to distribute the coverage of the event under a Creative Commons License and has the ability to distribute the event coverage on multiple distribution platforms. Payment terms are 50% to be invoiced before the event or video project starts and the remaining 50% invoiced upon completion of the project.
